3. AI Processing

Hire Nova uses Google Gemini (via Firebase AI / Google AI) to analyze resumes, process interview conversations, and generate personalized interview coaching.

Only after you grant permission in the app, we may send the following content to Google Gemini for processing:

• AI Mock Interview: role setup, optional name, and interview answers (text)
• Resume Review: resume file or text you upload
• Job Match: your resume and job description
• Interview Questions: role, level, interview type, and language preferences

This data is used only to provide the requested coaching features. We do not sell your personal data. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
